Excellent running shoes terrible delivery
The running shoes are fine. But Yodel are dreadful. Firstly they wouldn’t deliver to my house. Secondly, they said they had delivered it to the local collection point I switched to and gave me a barcode, but the package never arrived. Thirdly, it took forever on their web chat to chat to an agent to eventually arrange collection from their depot. It took fifteen days in total.
